Minced Lobster from cold New England waters, simmered in lobster stock and blended with fresh cream, celery, onions,sherry, herbs and spices. Great as a quick meal or a wonderful compliment to dinner.
Thaw in refrigerator
Microwave: Cut across top of pouch. Pour into microwave safe dish. Heat on high for 3 minutes, stir, heat for an additional 3 minutes.
Stove top: Place unopened pouch in boiling water. Heat for 10-12 minutes. Carefully remove pouch, snip corner and pour into serving dish.
Shelf life: one year frozen
