Bake: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove halibut from pouch. Bake fish at 400 degrees for 15-22 minutes. Cooking time can vary by oven.
Saute: Preheat a non-stick skillet on low heat. Remove halibut from pouch; place halibut on hot skillet. Saute 5 minutes, flip halibut over, cover pan and cook for 7-11 minutes. Total 14-18 minutes. Let stand for 2-3 minutes before serving (halibut will continue to cook slightly).
Grill: Preheat grill on high and clean with grill brush. Remove Halibut from pouch. Place halibut onto grill. After 5 minutes, flip over and cook 5-10 minutes.
Broil: Preheat broiler. Remove halibut from its pouch. Place on pan. Broil 6 inches from heat for 10-15 minutes.
