Baking: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place haddock on baking dish; brush with butter or substitute and bake approximately 20 minutes
Broiling: Preheat broiler. Surface of fish should be 3-4 inches from the heat source. Brush with butter or substitute. Broil for 10-15 minutes
