For all methods: Remove frozen kabobs from protective pouch. Place in shallow pan tray. Cooking times may vary. Internal temperature must reach 160 degrees to be fully cooked.
Grill or Broil: Cover and grill kabobs 4 to 6 inches from medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes turning 2 or 3 times until chicken is no longer pink.
Microwave: Microwave on high for 4 to 6 minutes.
Saute: Over a medium flame, cover and sauté 4 to 6 minutes per side.
